I had a flight delay and arrived late at night, but the staff at Red Palm Village went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They were surprised that I hadn't shown up, but quickly realized the delay and immediately arranged for transportation to the hotel. To my delight, the owner was there, even though it was his day off, and he welcomed me with a cold beer. I was lucky enough to stay in the studio, which was beautifully furnished and had a stylish design. The outdoor facilities were amazing, with a pool and a fantastic grill area. The breakfast was delicious and the owners were warm and helpful. The internet connection was also good, thanks to the satellite. It was a shame that I could only stay for one night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The huts provided a sense of privacy and the pool area near the bar and kitchen was a great spot to unwind. The staff, especially Olga and Daniel at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food, prepared by chef Danny, was delicious and varied each day. I particularly enjoyed the surprise menu. The atmosphere in the chalets and at the bar was cozy and inviting. this hotel offers a natural, quiet, and beautiful setting to relax and explore the island.
Some minor improvements could be made, but all was okay.

The apartments were nice and clean, and the bar was a good place to hang out. The location was great, as it was close to the windsurf spot and away from crowded areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The noise from the planes taking off and landing at the nearby airport was quite loud and disruptive. the restaurant wasn't always staffed, leaving guests without food options.
